As investment brokers, we solely act as a messenger for the declaration of intent for the parties to be mediated. As acquisition brokers however, we issue our own declarations of intent in line with the economic interests of our clients on the basis of a corresponding client power of attorney.

If desired we acquire or sell financial instruments in our client names, which we believe to be suitable for achieving the individually defined investment objectives.
